Morning Dew Massage & Wellness

Love skincare? Love people? Want to build something of your own?
Morning Dew Massage & Wellness® is growing our skincare program, and we’re looking for a licensed esthetician who’s excited to grow with us. This isn’t a role where a full schedule is handed to you. It’s a chance to build your book of loyal clients, with the support of an established studio, a trusted brand, and our own Natural Kneads™ skincare line.
Who Thrives Here The estheticians who do best with us are relationship builders. They’re comfortable starting conversations, proud to talk about what they do, and confident recommending the treatments and products their clients need. You don’t need to be pushy. You do need to be proactive. That might look like:

Connecting with local businesses, gyms, and salons to build referral partnerships

Asking happy clients for referrals and reviews

Sharing your work and skincare tips on social media

Showing up at community events and pop-ups

Following up with clients to keep them on track with their skin goals

If that sounds energizing rather than intimidating, we’d love to meet you.
This Role May Not Be the Right Fit If...

You’re looking for a fully booked schedule from day one

You’re uncomfortable recommending services or products

You need a fixed hourly paycheck

What You’ll Do

Perform customized facials, including our signature Morning Dew Facial™, R3™ treatments, microdermabrasion, and back facials

Conduct skin analyses and create personalized treatment plans

Educate clients and recommend services, packages, and home care

Grow and retain your client base through outreach and great service

Keep detailed client records and a clean, welcoming treatment room

Fridays: 9:30 AM–3:00 PM

Every other Saturday: 9:30 AM–2:30 PM

A great fit for estheticians balancing another job, family, or school, or building a side business. As your book grows, additional hours may open up.

Service commission that grows as your book grows

Retail commission on our Natural Kneads™ product line
