MassMutual Greater Richmond is a non-captive Financial firm with multiple locations in Virginia. We are seeking to hire a financial advisor to join our dynamic team in our Richmond Office. Whether you are new to the financial industry or looking to elevate your practice, our advisors have conquered both journeys. MassMutual Greater Richmond consists of independent agents, top producers who have transitioned from previous firms, advisors building teams, and new agents. Compensation:

$100,000 - $125,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Implement financial recommendations and financial products
• Identify, seek, and establish prospects continuously and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor
• Develop and offer financial advice and strategies that align with each client's risk tolerance and financial objectives
• Become knowledgeable about the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous success in customer consultation and relationship management, preferably in financial services
• Comprehensive understanding of financial services
• 2-3 years of previous experience working in the financial services industry
• Life, Health, and Annuity Licensed
• Series 6, 63, and 65 or Series 7, 66 Licensed
• Results-oriented
• Proficient in market development and networking
• Forward-thinking spirit
