Compensation: Competitive hourly wage, salary, project-based compensation, or a combination thereof based upon experience, licensing, references, background, education, and demonstrated abilities.

Seashore Equities, LLC is seeking an experienced, licensed General Contractor to join our highly successful and growing company. We are looking for a positive, organized, solution-oriented individual who enjoys collaborating with others, solving problems, managing projects, and helping maintain and improve some of Southern California's finest residential properties.

Company Purpose Summary:

Seashore Equities is a closely held private investment company. A significant portion of our work involves the ownership, management, maintenance, improvement, and preservation of luxury residential real estate located primarily throughout Dana Point, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, and San Juan Capistrano.

Many of our properties are custom homes and estates that require ongoing maintenance, remodeling, construction oversight, landscaping improvements, vendor coordination and continual attention to detail.

Our company values kindness, professionalism, collaboration, accountability, and excellent customer service. We enjoy what we do, and we strive to create a positive and supportive work environment where everyone contributes to our success.

More About the Position:

We are seeking a licensed General Contractor who enjoys wearing many hats and is comfortable managing a wide variety of projects ranging from routine maintenance and repairs to major remodeling and construction projects.

The ideal candidate is thoughtful, organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working directly with ownership, subcontractors, vendors, and team members. We seek someone who takes pride in preserving and improving high-quality residential properties and who naturally notices details that others may overlook.

This position requires frequent visits to company-owned properties, coordination with subcontractors and vendors, obtaining bids, preparing project estimates, scheduling work, overseeing project quality, and ensuring projects remain on budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Property inspections and condition assessments
  • Managing remodeling, renovation, maintenance, and repair projects
  • Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and service providers
  • Obtaining bids and negotiating pricing
  • Preparing project budgets and cost estimates
  • Monitoring project schedules and timelines
  • Reviewing completed work for quality and craftsmanship
  • Troubleshooting maintenance and construction issues
  • Coordinating emergency repairs when necessary
  • Providing regular written updates, photographs, and progress reports
  • Assisting with preventative maintenance planning and capital improvement projects
  • Working closely with ownership and company management to prioritize projects and expenditures

Ideal Candidate:

We seek a contractor who enjoys solving problems, communicating with people, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Licensed and insured in California
  • Highly organized and dependable
  • Patient, professional, and service-oriented
  • Experienced in luxury residential construction and remodeling
  • Skilled in project management and vendor coordination
  • Comfortable using technology, smartphones, email, and digital reporting systems
  • Honest, trustworthy, and accountable
  • Able to identify issues before they become costly problems
  • Interested in building a long-term relationship with a growing company

Preferred Experience:

Experience with custom homes, luxury residential estates, homeowners associations, architectural review committees, and high-end remodeling projects is highly desirable.

Experience managing multiple properties simultaneously is also highly preferred.

Work Environment:

Our company works closely with a talented group of craftsmen, subcontractors, landscapers, pool professionals, designers, maintenance personnel, and administrative staff. The successful candidate will become an important part of this collaborative team and help us continue providing exceptional care to our properties.

We truly enjoy what we do, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence, professionalism, and service.

To Apply:

Please submit your resume, contractor license information, references, and a brief description of your relevant experience to [email protected]

We look forward to speaking with qualified applicants and learning more about how they may contribute to our growing organization.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
