Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations and salon policies
• Offer expert advice on hair care products, retail sales, and upselling opportunities to boost revenue while meeting client needs
• Communicate clearly with clients about their desired looks, hair health tips, and aftercare instructions to ensure a positive experience
• Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in barbering, hair threading, color theory, and sanitation practices to foster professional growth

Experience

• Demonstrated expertise in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and finishing styles for diverse clientele
• Knowledge of hair care products, retail math for upselling, and retail sales strategies to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
• Strong communication skills for effective client consultation and team collaboration
• Ability to maintain high sanitation standards while managing multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
