• Starting Base Salary: $24,000 annually

• Uncapped Commission: Earn up to $26,000+ per year based on enrollment performance

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, competitive, and customer focused Health Insurance Enrollment Specialist to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to educate, assist, and enroll individuals and families into health insurance plans while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast paced environment, and is motivated by performance based earnings. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to earn a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions based on productivity and enrollment performance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting the health insurance plan that best fits their needs and budget

• Educate clients on Marketplace (ACA), private health insurance, and supplemental coverage options

• Complete and submit accurate health insurance applications

• Ensure all required documentation is collected and processed promptly

• Explain deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, provider networks, and policy benefits in simple terms

• Follow up with prospective clients to complete enrollments

• Assist existing clients with policy renewals, updates, and general customer service

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

• Maintain accurate records using the agency's CRM system

• Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and production goals

• Participate in community events, marketing campaigns, and networking opportunities to generate new business

• Stay current with ACA regulations, carrier updates, and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Active Health 2-40 License (required)

• ACA Marketplace certification (preferred or willing to obtain)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service and relationship building abilities

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude

• Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and online enrollment platforms

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment

• Bilingual (English and Haitian Creole)
