Duties

• Engage with clients through outside sales efforts to identify their insurance needs and present tailored solutions across life, property casualty, and commercial insurance lines
• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, understanding client concerns, and offering clear explanations of policy benefits and coverage options
• Conduct thorough analysis of client information to recommend appropriate insurance products that meet their individual requirements
• Negotiate terms with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations
• Assist clients in understanding insurance regulations and compliance requirements to foster trust and transparency

Qualifications

• Valid license as an Insurance Agent with expertise in life, property casualty, or commercial insurance products
• Proven experience in insurance sales environments with a focus on customer service excellence
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication.
• Knowledge of insurance regulation standards and compliance procedures within the industry
• Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable coverage options
• Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients through effective client communication strategies

Pay: $25,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
