We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients on various insurance products, including property and casualty, life, and commercial insurance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Bilingual proficiency is highly valued to serve a diverse client base. Duties

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate property casualty, life, and commercial insurance policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing support and personalized service.
• Educate clients on different insurance options, coverage details, and policy benefits.
• Process applications, policy changes, and claims efficiently while ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Conduct bilingual communication to serve a diverse clientele effectively.

Skills

• Valid license as a Property & Casualty Texas Agent. Life & Health license is a plus.
• Strong client communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of property casualty insurance, life insurance, and commercial insurance products.
• Ability to build trustful relationships with clients through excellent interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
