Licensed Insurance Agent

Allstate Insurance Agency is hiring Licensed Sales Producers for an agency located inside of Honda of Pasadena.

Prior insurance sales experience is preferred, but not required. We would be willing to help the right candidate get P&C Licensed if needed. Training will be provided as well.

With the agency being centrally located inside of the dealership, there will be an abundance of leads. Our agents will also be shown how to develop outside referral networks.

Job Requirements of a Licensed Sales Professional

• Confident, self-starter who works well independently
• Excellent verbal & written communication/interpersonal skills
• Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
• Sales experience is a plus
• Driven to fulfill customer needs
• Must be willing to obtain insurance licenses, already possessing a license is a plus
• Bilingual candidates welcome
