Licensed Insurance Agent

We’re hiring here at Roger L Stevens Insurance agency! We are looking for a results-driven, Insurance Sales / Service Representative to actively seek out and engage with customer prospects. Salaries is flexible and is dependant on experience. We are looking for someone who is looking to grow their career and look into career advancement within our Insurance Agency.

The position focuses on account servicing, renewals, endorsements and client support with minimal sales pressure. Ideal for an experienced agent who values stability, organization and long term client relationships.

Qualifications

● Active P&C insurance license is strongly preffered

● Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

● Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

● Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Responsibilities

● Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

● Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

● Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

● Reach out to customer leads via phone calls and / or email

● Must be able to work well with others within a group and independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
