At The Bry Reine Agency, we're searching for a driven, competitive, and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Professional. This is a full-time opportunity designed for someone who wants to learn the insurance business from the ground up and develop into future leadership and potentially agency ownership.

You'll work directly with an experienced agency team, helping grow our client base, building relationships in the community, generating new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do:

• Generate and qualify leads
• Connect with prospective clients and schedule appointments
• Build relationships through networking and community involvement
• Assist clients with insurance reviews and coverage solutions
• Contribute to agency growth through sales and marketing initiatives
• Learn the skills necessary to eventually lead and operate an agency
