Duties

• Engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including retail sales environments and community outreach.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products such as health, life, property, casualty, and commercial insurance coverage.
• Negotiate policy terms and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that meet regulatory standards.
• Manage sales administration tasks using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, personalized service, and ongoing client communication efforts.
• Stay informed about insurance regulations, industry trends, and product updates to provide accurate guidance.
• Assist clients with benefits administration, claims processes, and policy renewals to enhance their overall experience.

Qualifications

• Valid state insurance license(s) in property casualty, health, life, or commercial insurance; willingness to obtain additional licenses if needed.
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for effective sales management and documentation.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively.
• Knowledge of insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills for client interaction, consultation, and relationship building.
• Familiarity with benefits administration processes and customer service best practices.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
