We are seeking a results-driven Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. This full-time position offers flexible work options, hybrid or in-office, based on future performance. • Base Salary + Commission $65,000 - $85,000

Requirements

• Current Property and Casualty license required
• Prior sales or insurance experience preferred
• At least 1 to 3 years prior personal lines experience preferred
• Highly motivated and driven to exceed sales goals
• Comfortable making 75+ calls daily using our cutting-edge phone system
• Strong communication skills and a desire to deliver exceptional service

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and follow up with warm leads
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to agency-wide targets
• Build trust-based relationships with clients and prospects
• Offer a full range of insurance solutions, including auto, home, and life
• Refer clients to financial specialists for life insurance and retirement planning
