Entry-level candidates earn an average of $50,000 in their first year with base pay plus commission/bonus.

Top performers earn on average up to $80,000 annually with base pay plus commission/bonus.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Active Indiana Property & Casualty License.
• Active Indiana Life & Health License.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine desire to help others and understand their needs.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Comfort with technology and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Develop and present customized insurance proposals for auto, home, life, and other insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Actively prospect for new business through various channels, including referrals and community engagement.
• Manage policy renewals and address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
