Responsibilities

• Generate new business through closing high-quality inbound sales opportunities, outbound follow up to close and develop referrals
• Manage prospect pipeline to ensure quality contact and attempts to maximize sales potential to achieve goals
• Provide knowledgeable, professional guidance to prospects and customers.
• Maintain all required insurance licenses and comply with applicable regulations
• Take ownership of your success in a fully remote environment.
• Help prospects prepare for life’s uncertainties
• Educate customers on how to protect their families and assets

Job Qualifications

• Goal oriented sales professional that is motivated by result.
• Confident communicator who isn't afraid to ask for the sale.
• Organized dependable and persistent and works well independently
• Must have Property and Casualty license but prefer Life and Health licenses as well
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Coachable and eager to grow
• Able to apply a sales process consistently
