Requirements

• Licensed in Property, Casualty, & Life in the State of Wisconsin
• Sales Experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to learn and explain insurance products effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems
• A team player with a positive, professional attitude

Responsibilities

• Understand each client's needs and recommend the right coverage
• Sell and service auto, home, life, umbrella, renters, and small business insurance
• Identify bundling and discount opportunities to add value for clients
• Build long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals
• Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering clear, straightforward service
• Process applications, policy changes, and service requests
