What You Will Do

• Conduct virtual consultations with individuals and families
• Review clients’ financial protection needs and goals
• Explain life insurance products and available options clearly
• Assist clients with applications and policy reviews
• Maintain professional and consistent client follow-up
• Build and manage your client pipeline
• Participate in professional training and team meetings
• Follow all licensing, carrier, and compliance requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Active life insurance license preferred
• Willingness to obtain the required license, where applicable
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, dependable, and coachable
• Comfortable working independently from home
• Confident using video conferencing, email, and online business tools
• Self-motivated and consistent with follow-up
• Committed to serving clients with integrity
• Sales, customer service, banking, healthcare, real estate, or financial-services experience is helpful

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity. There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage.

Producing first-year agents may earn approximately $60,000 to $75,000, depending on individual activity, licensing, sales performance, availability, experience, and market conditions.

Commission potential is uncapped. Actual earnings vary, and no specific income level is guaranteed.
