What they need
About Us
Hunt Home Team, with Keller Williams Peachtree Road, is a top-producing real estate team focused on delivering a five-star experience for every client. We believe exceptional real estate service is about more than getting a home sold. It’s about how our clients feel throughout the entire process. We’re growing from 75 listings a year to 150+ while keeping our service consistent and world-class.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Licensed Listing Manager who is equal parts highly organized project manager and exceptional client care professional.
From the moment a client signs their listing agreement until their home goes under contract, you’ll be their go-to resource for scheduling, preparation, updates, questions, and all the little details that make selling a home feel manageable. This is a highly client-facing role. You’ll communicate with sellers multiple times a week, proactively keep them informed, anticipate their needs, and make sure they always know what’s happening and what comes next.
Behind the scenes, you’ll coordinate vendors, manage listing preparation, oversee marketing timelines, ensure MLS accuracy and compliance, and keep every moving piece on track.
We want our clients to feel so well taken care of that they never have to wonder what’s happening, what’s next, or who to call. That’s the standard you’ll help us deliver.
You’ll Thrive Here If You
- Are a natural caretaker. You genuinely enjoy people, and helping them, answering their questions, and making them feel supported energizes you.
- Are an exceptional communicator. You’re warm, patient, responsive, and comfortable picking up the phone. You don’t wait for someone to ask for an update; you’re already two steps ahead.
- Have a hospitality mindset. You believe the little things matter, remember personal details, and take pride in making people feel like VIPs.
- Are incredibly organized. You love systems and checklists, and you keep a dozen moving pieces running without anything falling through the cracks.
- Balance empathy with efficiency. You can reassure a worried seller, handle an unexpected hiccup, and still keep everything moving forward.
- Roll with the punches. You're structured and organized but ready to tackle problems as they come.
What You’ll Do
Client Care & Communication
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for sellers, building trust and creating a warm, personalized experience
- Communicate proactively with clients multiple times per week by phone, text, and email about progress, schedules, and next steps
- Coordinate appointments for home preparation, contractors, staging, photography, and videography, making the process as easy and stress-free as possible
- Answer client questions promptly, clearly, and patiently. Whether it’s the first question or the fifteenth, every client deserves to feel heard.
- Keep sellers informed once their home is active, including showing activity, feedback, marketing updates, and upcoming milestones, in partnership with the listing agent
- Anticipate client needs and concerns before they become problems, so clients hear from us before they ever have to ask
- Be a calm, solutions-oriented resource when schedules change or clients need extra guidance
Listing Management & Operations
- Manage the full lifecycle of 100+ listings per year
- Coordinate vendors for property prep (paint, flooring, staging, cleaning, landscaping, and more)
- Track project budgets and timelines for ROI-focused improvements
- Maintain and improve team systems, checklists, and vendor databases
- Partner with our Transaction Coordinator for a smooth hand-off once listings go under contract
Marketing, Lead Generation & Compliance
- Launch listings in MLS accurately and on time
- Review listing files for compliance, including contracts, disclosures, and MLS entry
- Launch circle prospecting campaigns around every new listing and sale, including Just Listed and Just Sold mailers, emails, and dropped voicemail campaigns
Requirements
- Active Georgia real estate license (required)
- Demonstrated experience in a high-touch customer service, client relations, hospitality, or client-facing role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including confidence handling frequent calls, texts, and sometimes emotionally charged conversations
- A proactive communication style and the ability to manage multiple client relationships while keeping each one personal
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfort with MLS platforms, CRM systems, Google Workspace, and eSign platforms
- Experience in real estate coordination, listing management, or operations (preferred)
A Little More About This Role
While organization and attention to detail are essential, this is not a position where you’ll spend your entire day behind a computer checking tasks off a list. It’s a relationship-driven role that requires frequent, thoughtful communication and a genuine passion for client service. We’re looking for someone who finds just as much satisfaction in a happy, well-cared-for client as they do in a perfectly organized listing file.
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000-$70,000, with additional bonus structure, based on skills and experience
- Flexible, hybrid schedule
- W-2 employee, reporting to the CEO and Director of Operations
- Unlimited vacation, plus paid holidays and sick leave
- Paid continuing education and license renewal
- Mileage reimbursement for vendor and property travel
- Training and systems rooted in the Millionaire Real Estate Agent models
- A supportive, high-performing, and fun team culture
If you love taking care of people as much as you love a perfectly executed checklist, we’d love to hear from you!
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- 401(k)
- Flexible schedule
- Paid time off
- Professional development assistance
License/Certification:
- Georgia real estate license (Required)
