Licensed Massage Therapist

Le Sommet MedSpa is a French Alpine-inspired boutique medical aesthetics practice opening in South Jordan, Utah. We're looking for a licensed Massage Therapist to join our founding team ahead of our September 2 opening.

Le Sommet blends luxury spa experience with medical-grade skincare, injectables, and wellness services. Our team includes a Medical Director, master estheticians, nurse injectors, and wellness providers, all working together to deliver a refined, elevated client experience inspired by the French Alps.

The Role
We're seeking a Massage Therapist to provide relaxation, deep tissue, and specialty massage services as part of our wellness menu. This is an opportunity to build a client base from the ground up at a brand-new practice with a strong local marketing push behind it (grand opening event, membership program, and community outreach already underway).

Responsibilities

• Perform massage services including relaxation, deep tissue, and other modalities per menu offerings
• Maintain a clean, professional treatment room in line with spa protocols
• Educate clients on services and recommend complementary treatments (facials, IV therapy, etc.) where appropriate
• Accurately document treatments and maintain client records in Vagaro
• Uphold Le Sommet's standards for client experience, cleanliness, and professionalism

Qualifications

• Active Utah massage therapy license in good standing
• Experience in a spa, medspa, or wellness setting preferred
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Flexibility to work some evenings/weekends, especially around launch

Compensation
Competitive base plus commission structure, room fee, or a hybrid model depending on experience and availability (open to discussing what works best for the right candidate).

Schedule
Flexible, part-time or full-time considered.
