Thinking About Leaving Independent Contracting Behind?

If you’ve tried being an independent contractor—or thought about going out on your own—you know it can come with a lot of extra work: marketing yourself, managing bookings, chasing payments, and dealing with the slow seasons alone. This position is a chance to enjoy the freedom of doing great bodywork without carrying the weight of running a business by yourself. Here, you get a steady hourly wage, consistent tips, an established client base, front desk support, and a team environment that has your back, so you can focus on what you do best: taking care of your clients and growing your skills.

Who You Are

• A Licensed Massage Therapist in Indiana (or scheduled to be licensed very soon)
• Motivated, reliable, and ready to work as part of a team-focused spa environment
• Professional and compassionate with clients and coworkers
• Willing to grow your skills, follow treatment protocols, and help create an exceptional guest experience

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality, customized massage services
• Educate clients on treatment benefits and self-care
• Rebook clients and support ongoing treatment plans
• Help maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming spa environment
