Pay is 46.5% commission and minimum 18% gratuity

Therapist has full control over their days and times of availability

Dual licensing is welcome

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification.
• Experience in providing various massage techniques such as deep tissue massage is encouraged but not mandatory. Newly licensed therapists are welcome!
• Understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
• Prior experience working in a spa or similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required. An eagerness to learn is required.
• Demonstrated ability to assess patient needs accurately and develop effective treatment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive, energetic approach to client care.
