Licensed Massage Therapist

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology, with the ability to provide exceptional therapeutic services tailored to individual patient needs. This role is essential in promoting wellness and pain management through various massage techniques, including trigger point therapy and patient assessments.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to perform various massage techniques, ensuring optimal therapeutic benefits.
• Provide trigger point therapy and other specialized treatments aimed at pain management and rehabilitation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by effectively communicating with patients regarding their treatment plans and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a med spa setting to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in occupational health practices relevant to massage therapy.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist in a clinical or med spa environment is not necessary. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pain management techniques, and customer service best practices.
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to massage therapy and patient care.
• Ability to perform patient assessments effectively, tailoring treatments based on individual needs.

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
