Opening your own street-front studio in Seattle could cost anywhere from $2,500–$5,000/month before utilities, insurance, laundry, equipment and supplies, software, and maintenance — all paid whether you have clients or not and with a long-term multi-year committment.

At One BodyWorx, you get the same prime retail visibility and professional environment without the financial burden or risk.

• No upfront monthly fee for your first 6 months
• You only pay when you receive bookings — if you don’t get paid, neither do we
• After the introductory period: $250/month per day of the week (morning or afternoon shift)
• Example: Every Monday = $250/month total

About the Space

• Three shared treatment rooms - Fully remodeled, clean, efficient

• Open 7 days/week, 7am–9pm
• Includes use of massage table, sheets, blankets, pillows, etc plus use of on-site laundry facilities
• Most clients live or work within walking distance, creating high return-client potential

Requirements:

Independent contractor status: Washington State DOH license in your modality, City business license
