Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals.
• Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for pain management and occupational health concerns.
• Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, progress notes, and client records in compliance with medical terminology standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans when necessary.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills.

• Strong patient service skills with a focus on active listening and empathy.
• Proficiency in patient assessment to determine appropriate massage techniques and treatment plans.
• Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies.
• Solid knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
• Excellent customer service skills to foster trust and build lasting client relationships.
• Understanding of occupational health principles to support clients with work-related musculoskeletal issues.

Pay Range:

• $43-$50+ per service hour, including enhancements and tips.

Pay: $43.00 - $50.00 per hour
