Merion Cricket Club is seeking a skilled, professional, and client-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping members improve their health, recovery, and overall well-being through exceptional therapeutic massage services.

Qualifications:

• Current Massage Therapy license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional massage therapy experience in a high-end spa, luxury wellness facility, private club, or comparable premium setting, with a demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service.
• Individual Professional Liability Insurance (Individual Malpractice).
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Prenatal Massage preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance, discretion, and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of client care.
• Ability to work- days, evenings, weekends, flexible hours as needed.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to assess health history and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, sanitized, and prepared for each appointment.
• Educate clients on wellness practices, stretching, and self-care techniques.
• Foster lasting client relationships through exceptional service and professionalism.
• Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the wellness team to create a positive, holistic experience for every guest.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality.
• Promote wellness services and contribute to a positive member experience.
