Back To Health Ramona is growing, and we're looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team at our new office!

As we expand into a larger wellness space, we're excited to welcome a massage therapist who shares our commitment to helping individuals and families feel their best.

We're looking for someone who is personable, professional, and passionate about providing quality care in a welcoming, patient-centered environment.

Duties

• Provide professional massage therapy services tailored to each patient's individual needs.
• Create a comfortable, relaxing, and positive experience for every patient.
• Communicate with patients to understand their concerns and treatment goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space.
• Collaborate with our chiropractic team to support patients' overall wellness.
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and follow appropriate sanitation and safety protocols

Experience

• Current California massage therapy certification (CAMTC), or other qualifications that meet applicable local requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with our wellness team.
• Previous experience is welcome, but we're open to qualified candidates at different experience levels.

Compensation & Schedule

• W-2 employee position Approximately 30 hours per week Hourly compensation plus an additional bonus for each massage performed Opportunity to grow with our expanding wellness practice

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
