Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and health conditions.
• Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and patient progress.
• Educate patients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care techniques for pain management.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in massage therapy.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and occupational health practices.
• Experience in providing excellent customer service and patient care.
• Previous experience in a med spa setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform various massage techniques tailored to individual patient needs.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
