Licensed Massage Therapist

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Massage Therapist to join our medical spa team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional therapeutic massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. Duties

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific patient concerns.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual health conditions and goals.
• Provide personalized massage therapy sessions aimed at pain management, stress reduction, and improving mobility.
• Educate patients on self-care practices and occupational health strategies to enhance ongoing wellness.
• Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients, adhering to sanitation and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans when necessary.

Experience

• MUST KNOW LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with certification from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of patient service best practices with excellent customer service skills.
• Experience performing deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy preferred.
• Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
• Background in pain management techniques and occupational health is highly desirable.
• Prior spa experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with aesthetic and therapeutic treatments. Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
