Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team at His & Her Fitness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic massages to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively address pain management and promote healing.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients.
• Educate patients on self-care techniques and the benefits of regular massage therapy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to enhance patient care.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Experience in pain management techniques and trigger point therapy is preferred.
• Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Understanding of occupational health principles related to massage therapy.
• Ability to perform assessments and tailor treatments based on individual patient needs.
