Compensation & Ongoing Raises

Starting Base Wage: $27/hour

With gratuities, commissions, enhancements, bonuses, and additional compensation, massage therapists have the opportunity to earn approximately $47–$70+ per service hour.

Massage therapists receive guaranteed raises every 90 days, with the opportunity to earn higher raises based on strong customer retention and performance.

Current Schedule Options

We currently have part-time and full-time opportunities available with two primary schedule options.

Applicants may be considered for part-time or full-time scheduling within the available shifts. Saturday availability is required.

Option 1 — Daytime Schedule

Monday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM — Required
Sunday: Closed

Option 2 — Evening Schedule

Monday: 2:00 PM–9:00 PM
Wednesday: 2:00 PM–9:00 PM
Thursday: 2:00 PM–9:00 PM
Friday: 2:00 PM–9:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM — Required
Sunday: Closed

Applicants must:

• Hold an active Colorado Massage Therapy License
• Maintain professional liability insurance
• Provide professional, personalized, client-centered care
• Be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Maintain excellent sanitation and treatment-room standards
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Be committed to providing consistent, high-quality treatments
• Enjoy building long-term relationships with clients
• Be motivated to grow and retain a loyal clientele

At least one year of professional massage therapy experience is preferred, although we are happy to consider talented therapists who are newer to the profession and committed to growing their careers.
