We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team and provide exceptional therapeutic care in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic massage services tailored to each patient's needs and treatment goals.
• Perform assessments of patient concerns, including muscle tension, pain, limited mobility, and stress.
• Develop appropriate massage treatment plans within the therapist's scope of practice.
• Collaborate professionally with acupuncturists and other healthcare practitioners when appropriate and authorized.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records.
• Follow all Florida laws, professional standards, sanitation protocols, and infection-control procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment.
• Communicate professionally with patients and clinic staff.
• Support a positive patient experience and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Massage Therapist license in good standing, issued by the Florida Board of Massage Therapy.
• Graduate of an approved massage therapy program.
• Knowledge of therapeutic massage techniques, anatomy, physiology, and contraindications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and patient confidentiality.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare, acupuncture, chiropractic, or integrative wellness setting is a plus.
