Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address individual client needs
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern
• Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and relevant medical or physiological information
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to hygiene and safety standards
• Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques, medical terminology, and anatomy knowledge to continuously improve service quality

Skills

• Proven experience in patient service with a focus on customer satisfaction and care excellence
• Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
• Skilled in patient assessment techniques to tailor treatments effectively
• Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management approaches
• Knowledge of occupational health principles to support clients’ workplace wellness needs
• Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment plans and providing empathetic customer service
• Prior med spa experience is highly desirable for delivering advanced therapeutic treatments
