Licensed Massage Therapist

Job Summary

Massage Therapist (Full-Time or Part-Time) — Hyannis, MA

Solstice Salon & Day Spa | 408 Main Street, Hyannis, MA

About us

Solstice is a full-service salon and spa in the heart of Hyannis — hair, skin, nails, and massage all under one roof. We believe that once a client tries a second service with us, they wonder why they waited so long. We're locally owned, team-first, and proud of what we've built on Cape Cod.

About the role

We're looking for a massage therapist who truly listens — to what the client says, and to what their body is telling you. Our menu is built around results, from deep therapeutic work and lymphatic drainage to Himalayan salt stone, prenatal, and cupping. You'll step into a loyal spa clientele, including members of our Solstice Restore massage program, and join a team where everyone genuinely supports each other.

What you'll do

• Perform customized massages, from relaxation to deep therapeutic work
• Offer specialty services like salt stone, lymphatic, and prenatal massage
• Guide clients to the right treatment and enhancements for what they need that day
• Build relationships that turn first visits into regulars

What we're looking for

• Active Massachusetts massage therapy license
• Strong, intuitive technique and a genuine love for the work
• Warm and easy to talk to — clients should leave feeling cared for, not rushed
• Specialty modalities a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
• A team player with some Wednesday/Thursday evening and Saturday availability

Why Solstice

We're not a chain and we don't run on scripts. You'll get Massachusetts earned sick time, salon and spa discounts, an established client base, and a fun, energetic team that actually has your back.
