Job Description

Adore Luxe Med Spa & Health Clinic is a growing luxury medical aesthetics and wellness clinic seeking a skilled, passionate, and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team.

We are looking for a professional who delivers exceptional massage therapy services, builds lasting client relationships, and is excited to grow with our practice. In this role, you will deliver elevated, customized bodywork therapies that promote deep relaxation, targeted pain relief, and holistic recovery. Working alongside advanced practice clinical providers, you will help clients achieve their personal health, beauty, and wellness goals through therapeutic treatment plans in a luxurious, supportive clinic environment.

Candidates with an established clientele or proven ability to attract and retain clients are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, prenatal, sports, and other massage modalities based on qualifications.
• Conduct client consultations and customize treatments to individual needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a relaxing, professional environment.
• Educate clients on massage benefits and recommend appropriate wellness services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow safety and sanitation protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Massage Therapist License (LMT).
• Experience with Swedish and deep tissue massage.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, massage techniques, and client safety.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Manual lymphatic drainage certification or training is a plus.
• Existing clientele and experience growing a client base are highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• 40% commission on completed services booked through Adore Luxe.
• 50% commission on completed services generated by the therapist.
