Licensed Master Plumber

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance across various settings, including residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, the ability to read schematics, and proficiency with power tools. The Plumber will work on construction sites as well as in remodeling projects, ensuring all plumbing work meets local codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete plumbing tasks efficiently.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Weld pipes and assemble fittings as needed for various projects.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project timelines are met.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues.
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

Skills

• Proficient in plumbing techniques and practices with hands-on experience in installations and repairs.
• Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety measures.
• Experience in remodeling projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems is advantageous.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documents accurately.
• Competence in using power tools effectively for various tasks.
• Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and assembling materials accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00 - $48.00 per hour
