What they need
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide support to individuals and families in need.
Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Offer counseling for mental health, trauma, and life transitions.
Collaborate with community resources and assist with workforce development.
Use motivational interviewing and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, valid LCSW licensure, and strong crisis intervention skills. Familiarity with childcare and community resources is a plus. Must have a driver’s license, ability to travel to Lubbock monthly, and work in person in San Angelo, TX. The role is a part-time contract paying $38-$40/hour, with flexible hours from Monday to Friday, no weekends, and benefits like mileage reimbursement.
