Licensed Master Social Worker

We are seeking dedicated Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) to join our outpatient mental health practice in Westchester, NY. This role combines direct clinical practice with fully compensated clinical supervision towards LCSW licensure and a structured, paid 12-to-18-month curriculum in integrative mind-body social work.

As an LMSW clinician on our team, you will deliver outpatient psychotherapy to adult clients presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress-related conditions, and life transitions. Rather than fee-for-service isolation, this position functions as a structured clinical specialization track.

You will work directly under the supervision of the Associate Clinical Director and Supervisor, receiving individual and group clinical consultation while executing a dedicated integrative social work training curriculum.

Core Responsibilities

Direct Clinical Practice

• Deliver trauma-informed outpatient psychotherapy integrating cognitive behavioral therapies, mindfulness-based interventions, somatic/psychophysiological self-regulation, and relational formulations.
• Build and maintain a sustainable caseload targeting 15 completed therapy sessions per week across 48 clinical weeks per year.
• Progressively grow your caseload from initial onboarding stages (10 sessions/week) to target capacity over a 12-month period.

Clinical Supervision & Training Participation

• Participate in approximately 4 hours per month of compensated individual supervision, group case consultation, and didactic training.
• Fulfill supervision requirements toward New York State LCSW licensure.
• Complete the practice's 5-module structured integrative social work curriculum.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensure: Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and active, unrestricted Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license in the State of New York.
• Clinical Interests: Strong interest in integrative mental health, trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, or mind-body modalities.
• Systems & EHR: Experience or comfort using electronic health record platforms (SimplePractice) and telehealth software.
• Professional Ethics: Commitment to transparent clinical practice, continuous learning, and person-centered care.
• Professional Liability Insurance: Active individual professional liability insurance policy (or eligibility to obtain prior to hire date).
