Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Mechanic to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive automotive repairs, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Use schematics and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete repairs efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and component replacements.
• Assemble parts and components following detailed schematics to ensure proper fit and function.
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly to identify potential problems before they develop into major issues.
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair progress clearly with team members and customers.

Experience

• Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair or heavy equipment maintenance.
• Dealership experience is highly desirable for familiarity with manufacturer standards and procedures.
• Skilled in welding, assembly, and the use of various hand tools and power tools.
• Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic software is essential.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repair processes.
• Excellent customer service skills to explain repairs clearly and foster positive relationships.
• Prior experience working with maintenance schedules, troubleshooting complex mechanical systems, and adhering to safety protocols.
