Ice Plant Operations & Maintenance

• Monitor and maintain industrial refrigeration systems (ammonia/freon compressors, condensers, evaporators, ice block/flaker machines, and brine tanks).
• Perform daily technical checks and preventive maintenance to prevent operational downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures, ammonia leaks, pump malfunctions, and electrical/piping snags immediately.
• Oversee piping fabrication, welding, equipment overhauls, and routine ice harvest machinery checks.
• Maintain complete daily operational logbooks, pressure/temperature charts, and equipment maintenance records.

2. Safety, Quality & Environmental Compliance

• Enforce DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards, mandatory PPE usage, and safety color-coding across the plant.
• Handle chemical/ammonia safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Work closely with the Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and Safety Officer for DENR and local regulatory compliance.
• Maintain operational quality standards in line with ISO 9001:2015 QMS guidelines and plant hygiene policies.

3. Team Leadership & Administration

• Supervise ice plant operators, refrigeration technicians, fitters, welders, and maintenance crews.
• Conduct daily safety toolbox meetings and shift handovers.
• Track technical staff attendance, shift schedules, and timekeeping (logbook and biometrics).
• Report equipment damages, safety infractions, or operational hazards directly to Management and HR.

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
