Maybe you spend your days on a headset helping agents solve problems. Maybe you’re in Medicare telesales, member services, broker support, or you’ve been an independent Medicare agent and discovered that you enjoy helping people a whole lot more than prospecting for them.

What if you could use all that Medicare knowledge without living in a call queue, chasing leads, or worrying about your next commission?

The Medicare Resource Center of Colorado Springs is a busy, established independent Medicare agency with a retail office located next door to the Social Security office.

And we have an unusual problem:

We have more business than we can comfortably handle.

We’re looking for an experienced Medicare professional to help us take exceptional care of the people already coming through our doors.

What you’ll do

• Assist with client intake and appointment preparation
• Research Medicare Advantage, Medigap and Part D options
• Work with carrier websites and agent portals
• Help manage applications and outstanding requirements
• Document client interactions and keep CRM records accurate
• Handle client follow-up and service issues
• Help keep a very busy Medicare office organized and moving
• Support our agents so they can spend more time meeting with clients

What you won’t do

• Cold call
• Buy leads
• Prospect for clients
• Spend your day trying to hit a telesales quota
• Work on straight commission
• Be expected to build your own book of business

This is not a sales apprenticeship or a producer-in-training position.

We’re specifically looking for someone who already understands Medicare and would prefer a stable professional position supporting an established agency and its clients.

You might be exactly who we’re looking for if…

You’ve worked in Medicare telesales, producer/broker support, Medicare member services, or as a Medicare insurance agent and you’re ready for something different.

Retired or semi-retired Medicare agents are absolutely encouraged to apply.

• Comfortable with technology
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Familiar with Medicare terminology and carrier systems
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced office
• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people

An active Colorado insurance license is strongly preferred.

Compensation: $23–$27/hour, depending on Medicare experience and licensing, with the opportunity for performance bonuses and PTO.
