Licensed Mining Engineer

BENTLEY CONCRETE AGGREGATES, INC. is in urgent need of a licensed Mining engineer for quarry operations who will manage surface extraction, shall ensure regulatory compliance with agencies like the Mines & Geosciences Bureau, and prepares safe, efficient production plans at the quarry site at Mayantoc, Tarlac.

Job Overview & Core Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily surface mining, open-cuts, pits, and quarry extraction activities.
• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term quarry mining and development schedules.
• Prepare and regularly update quarry topographic maps and production slice plans.
• Oversee rock fragmentation, blasting schedules, and heavy equipment deployment.
• Monitor raw material production to ensure conformance with quality standards.
• Implement final mine rehabilitation plans and monitor environmental mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering.
• Licensure: Valid license as a Mining Engineer from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) or equivalent national authority.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional or supervisory experience in surface mining, aggregate extraction, or quarry operations.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with national environment and natural resources regulations (such as DENR-MGB guidelines).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and mine planning software packages.

Compliance & Reporting

• Regulatory Filings: Ensure timely submission of mandatory safety, technical, and environmental reports to regulatory agencies.
• Safety Standards: Enforce strict adherence to occupational health and safety protocols for personnel and heavy machinery.

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
