Position : Nail Technician

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt

Reports To: Holistic Health Manager

Position Description : Responsible for providing clients nail care services to clients at Holistic Health. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide nail technician services to Holistic Health customers as scheduled by the Wellness department
• Assist clients in understanding the services provided by Holistic Health
• Help with the cleaning of the Holistic Health Center
• Help with the payments of Holistic Health services
• Clean and organize rooms between clients, includes sterilizing equipment and replenishing supplies
• Provide front desk support as needed
• Recommend products to clients based on their individual needs and answer questions
• Help with the selling of products for Holistic Health
• Accurately assist with the collection and documentation of money transactions
• Comply with confidentiality requirements and processes
• Coordinate with the Holistic Health Manager to ensure that all wellness tasks are complete

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Licensed Nail Technician to work in the State of Iowa
