Hot Pink is hiring a Nail Tech!

We’re building a salon that’s fun, welcoming, inclusive, and anything but boring — and we’re looking for a Nail Tech who can bring great energy AND great results.

If you love creating nails your clients can’t stop looking at, enjoy making people feel confident, and know how to create an experience that keeps clients coming back, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Nail Tech at Hot Pink, you’ll provide professional nail and pedicure services while creating a comfortable, fun, judgment-free experience for every client.

Services may include:

✨ Manicures
✨ Gel manicures
✨ Nail enhancements
✨ Nail art + custom designs
✨ Pedicures
✨ Other nail services offered by Hot Pink

But we’re not just looking for someone who can do cute nails.

We want someone who knows that the client experience is everything.

You’ll also:

Consult with clients about their desired look and nail goals
Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance
Recommend products and services when they genuinely benefit the client
Help clients stay consistent by rebooking future appointments
Maintain a clean, sanitized, organized nail and pedicure area
Properly clean and disinfect tools and equipment between clients
Follow all sanitation, safety, and licensing requirements
Help create the fun, welcoming atmosphere Hot Pink is all about
Build relationships with clients and work toward growing a loyal clientele
Support salon promotions, events, and occasional social media content

Experience is welcome, but we’re open to different experience levels. Personality, professionalism, willingness to learn, creativity, and how you treat clients matter to us.

Applicants must hold any current license required to legally perform nail services in Kentucky.
