Job Description:As a Nail Technician at Ooh La La Nail and Spa, you will be responsible for providing clients with top-notch manicure, pedicure, and nail enhancement services. You will play an essential role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while ensuring clients have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by making clients feel comfortable, valued, and satisfied with their services.
• Advise clients on nail care, maintenance, and recommend products for home use.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products.
• Assist in maintaining salon cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat visits.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive salon atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience as a nail technician (experience with gel, acrylics, nail art is preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of nail products, techniques, and trends.
• Experience in facial hair waxing is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
