Duties

• Perform professional manicure, pedicure, gel manicures, acrylic nail application, and nail extensions with precision and creativity
• Apply color theory principles to create stunning nail designs tailored to client preferences
• Conduct esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and other advanced nail and skin care services as needed
• Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction
• Upsell retail products such as nail care items, skincare products, and accessories to enhance client experience
• Follow all disinfection procedures to uphold salon safety standards and prevent cross-contamination

Experience

• Proven experience working as a licensed Nail Technician within the beauty industry or related field
• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques including acrylics, gel nails, and nail extensions
• Familiarity with color theory, nail art design, and advanced treatments like dermabrasion or esthetic laser therapy
• Excellent communication skills for client consultation and retail sales opportunities
• Ability to perform multiple services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, barbering, and esthetic treatments is a plus
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and disinfection procedures aligned with salon safety protocols
• Experience in retail math for upselling products effectively
