Responsibilities

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments, including gel manicures and nail extensions, tailored to each client’s preferences.
• Apply acrylic nails and other nail enhancements with precision and care, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
• Conduct esthetic services such as body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, and hair threading when required.
• Follow strict salon safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, offer expert advice on nail care and products, and promote retail sales.
• Maintain detailed records of services provided, client preferences, and retail transactions using retail math skills.
• Upsell additional treatments or products confidently while prioritizing client satisfaction and comfort.

Experience

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with specialization as a Nail Technician.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on nails, including gel manicures, acrylic application, and nail extensions.
• Strong knowledge of color theory for creating visually appealing designs.
• Familiarity with salon safety protocols, disinfection procedures, and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging clients effectively and ensuring a positive experience.
• Experience with retail sales techniques such as upselling skincare or nail products.
• Ability to perform additional beauty services such as hair styling, body waxing, or eyelash extensions is a plus.
