Our ideal candidate is someone who brings energy, experience, and a genuine passion for long-term care. We value leadership stability and would love to find an administrator who is looking for a long-term home. However, we are also open to considering an experienced Interim Administrator who can provide strong leadership and support.

- An opportunity to focus on census development and continued operational growth.
- A manageable current census with room for growth.
- The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents, employees, and the overall success of the community.
We understand that successful administrators need the right people around them. Having an established leadership team and a consistent workforce provides an opportunity to focus on building relationships, strengthening operations, and moving the facility forward.
What We're Looking For

The Leader We Want
We want an administrator who is visible, approachable, and genuinely enjoys being part of the community they lead.
Someone who knows their staff, takes the time to connect with residents and families, and understands that a successful nursing home is built on strong relationships, accountability, and teamwork.
We aren't looking for someone who simply maintains the status quo. We want a leader who is excited about the opportunity to strengthen an already established team, contribute new ideas, and help the community reach its full potential.
