Open Positions & Key Responsibilities

We are currently looking for passionate optical professionals at all stages of their careers to join our Rochester area teams:

• Licensed Optician: Provide elite-level clinical and fashion dispensing. Guide patients through customized lens tech and curated frame collections, capture precise optical measurements, and troubleshoot fit or prescription issues. (NYS License Required).
• Apprentice Optician: Learn from the best while completing your training hours. Assist patients with frame selection, adjustments, styling, and learn the backend tech of modern opticianry under a dedicated mentor. (Enrolled in or eligible for NYS Apprenticeship).

Qualifications

• For Licensed roles: Active New York State Ophthalmic Dispensing License (minimum 1 year of experience preferred).
• For Apprentice roles: Active enrollment in an approved optical training program or ready to register a sponsor.
• A strong passion for customer service, patient care, fashion eyewear styling, and modern tech workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
