Licensed Pharmacist and Admin- Ortigas City

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end preparation, submission, and tracking of Certificate of Product Registration (CPR) applications with the Philippine FDA
• Maintain and renew the company's License to Operate (LTO)
• Serve as the primary contact for official regulatory correspondence and liaise with government regulatory agencies
• Review product packaging, labeling, and promotional materials to ensure compliance with Philippine FDA guidelines and global company standards
• Maintain systematic and organized regulatory document archives
• Monitor regulatory licenses, registrations, and renewal timelines
• Coordinate legal and regulatory requirements, including notarization, apostilles, and official government payments
• Process government invoice payments and other regulatory-related fees
• Organize regulatory files and ensure all required documents are complete and readily available for external audits

About you

• Must be a Registered/Licensed Pharmacist in the Philippines with a valid PRC License
• At least 3 years of experience liaising with the Philippine FDA and handling regulatory requirements
• Experience in FDA product registration, LTO processing, regulatory documentation, and compliance is highly preferred
