Licensed Pharmacist

Full-time and Part-time Pharmacist positions are available in an independent specialty pharmacy located in Chelsea. Great collaborative environment. Knowledge of Rx30 is a plus. Providing outstanding and personalized service to patients is an absolute necessity. Our pharmacy is located near many subway and bus lines. Job requirements include, but are not limited to:

-Serving patients by preparing medications, giving pharmacological information to multidisciplinary health care team, and monitoring patient drug therapies.
-Dispenses medications by compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals
-Complying with state and federal drug laws as regulated by the state board of pharmacy, the drug enforcement administration, and the food and drug administration by monitoring nursing unit inspection.
-Maintaining records for controlled substances and removes outdated and damaged drugs from the pharmacy inventory.
-Supervising the work results of support personnel.
-Maintaining current registration, studies existing and new legislation, anticipates legislation, and advises management on needed actions.
-Maintaining safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
-Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $98,000.00 - $172,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
