Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate physical therapy assistant to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality, individualized care. You will work with a diverse patient population—including outpatient, sports and orthopedic care cases—with a focus on functional recovery and enhanced quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Implement tailored treatment plans designed by supervising PTs aligned with each patient’s goals
• Provide hands-on care, including orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, and related modalities
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care in clinical and hospital-based settings
• Document daily notes with clarity .

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited institution
• Valid licensure to practice as a Physical Assistant Therapist in Texas
• Preferred experience in outpatient or hospital-based environments
• Strong understanding of musculoskeletal and neurological systems
• Familiarity with sports and orthopedic care is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
